Complete 1.0HP Impeller and Seal Assembly for Aqua-Flo XP2/FMXP2 Wet End Systems
This precision-engineered impeller and seal combination features a 2 1/8" eye diameter, 1/4" vane width, and 3 7/8" outer diameter. Designed specifically for Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 frame wet end configurations paired with 1.0 HP motors.
Electrical Specifications: Motor draws approximately 8.0 Amps at high speed on 230V systems, or 12.0 Amps on 115V systems.
Installation Details: The impeller installs between the face plate and volute of your Aqua-Flo XP2 or FMXP2 wet end assembly. We strongly recommend replacing the seal whenever installing a new impeller for optimal performance.
Frame Identification Guide:
- 48 Frame: Motor mounting bolts spaced 3 5/8" apart (5 3/16" diagonal X pattern) with 1/4" bolt heads
- 56 Frame: Motor mounting bolts spaced 4 1/8" apart (5 3/4" diagonal X pattern) with 5/16" bolt heads
Important Sizing Information: Never install an oversized impeller expecting increased power output - this will cause motor overheating and potential damage. A 115V motor using a 1 HP impeller typically draws 11-12.0 Amps at high speed, while a 230V motor draws approximately 8.0 Amps at high speed. Reference your motor's amp rating to verify proper horsepower matching.
