Complete 2.5HP Impeller Maintenance Kit for Aqua-Flo XP2 and FMXP2 Wet Ends
This comprehensive replacement kit includes a 2.5 horsepower impeller with (1) bearing and seal assembly designed specifically for Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 frame wet end configurations. The impeller features precise measurements: 2 1/8 inch eye width, 3/8 inch vane width, and 4 3/8 inch outer diameter. When paired with a 2.5HP motor operating at 230 volts, expect approximately 11.0 amps draw on high speed settings.
This impeller component installs between the face plate and volute housing of Aqua-Flo XP2 or FMXP2 wet end assemblies.
Important Amperage Reference: For 115 volt motors utilizing a 1 HP impeller, high speed operation typically draws 11-12.0 amps; 230 volt motors draw approximately 8.0 amps on high speed. Consult amperage charts for additional horsepower ratings. Installing an oversized impeller will not increase performance and may cause motor overheating and damage during high speed operation.
Frame Identification: The 48 frame wet end features 3 5/8 inch bolt spacing (5 3/16 inch diagonal X pattern) with 1/4 inch bolt heads. The 56 frame measures 4 1/8 inch between bolts (5 3/4 inch diagonal X pattern) with 5/16 inch bolt heads.
