  • Compare your motor shaft to these to be sure...
  • When putting your cord back on the new pump note C= Common or the White Wire, L= Low Speed and is usually the Black Wire and rarely the Red Wire, H=High Speed and is usually the Red Wire but occasionally the Black, Green = Ground or the Green wire. They way you can tell if you have it wired correctly is when you power up the pump should go into Low Speed First. If it goes into High Speed you need to power down and reverse the red & black wires and power back up and verify it goes into Low Speed first. If you leave it wrong it will overheat and damage the Hot Tub especially during warm weather...

Description

This part is a 2.0 Horse Power 8.0/3.0 Amp (2) Speed 56 Frame Complete Pump is a Intertek LX Brand Pump. These pumps usually have the part number WUA-400-I, WP-400-I or LP-400-I on the label. Watch the video below for instruction on how to Identify this pump and also how to determine if this is the correct pump.The Suction and Pressure side thread fittings are called 2" x 2" but measure 3" from the edge of the thread to the edge of the thread.
NOTE: This Pump looks a lot like an Aqua-Flo and a CMP Pump and they will interchange if you replace the entire pump! 

If your original Wet End has a Bleeder Barb and the heads of the Bleeder Screws in your old wet end have a spot for a flat screw driver you will need a new bleeder barb... If the original has a wing nut style you already have the newer style bleeder barb and will only need a new one if your original one breaks..

To Install this pump you will have to loosen the bolts in the bottom holder and the suction and pressure side unions.
