Description

This 1 1/2" Pump Union Split Nut Emergency Repair Kit provides a fast solution for damaged pump union connections without requiring replacement of glued plumbing components. The kit contains one split nut plus two mounting screws designed for 1 1/2" pump union systems.

  • Inner diameter: approximately 2 1/4"
  • Compatible with pump threads measuring 2 3/8" across the threaded section
  • Works with 1 1/2" pump union plumbing
  • Includes gasket placement between union and pump

Installation Overview:

This repair component mounts directly onto your existing pump union body using the included screws. The split nut attaches to the original pump union holding flange and threads onto your pump with a gasket seal. Before installation, you must remove the damaged or broken original flange nut by carefully cutting it away with a hacksaw blade or cutting pliers—exercise caution to avoid damaging the pump union body, which will be reused in this repair.
