This comprehensive maintenance kit contains everything needed for your Waterway Viper Pump 4.0HP rebuild, including a closed face impeller, seal assembly, installation tool, and silicone lubricant. Designed specifically for Waterway Viper pumps featuring 2 1/2" inlet and outlet connections that measure approximately 3 9/16" across the threaded sections.
The 4.0HP impeller assembly is typically paired with 12amp motors and requires a specialized seal configuration unique to Viper pump models, different from standard Waterway pump seal systems.

This closed face impeller is manufactured by Waterway Plastics specifically for Viper pump applications. Rated at 4.0hp capacity, it installs within Waterway Viper pump wetends and must be mounted to a 4.0hp or higher rated thru bolt motor assembly.
