This complete 1 HP 56 Frame Waterway Executive wet end assembly with 2 1/2" x 2" dimensions includes everything needed for installation: mounting screws, volute housing, impeller, mechanical seal, seal face, and wear ring. To identify frame size compatibility, measure your motor through-bolt spacing: 48 Frame units measure 3 5/8" between bolts (5 3/16" diagonal X pattern), while 56 Frame units measure 4 1/8" between bolts (5 3/4" diagonal X pattern). This wet end is designed for motors drawing approximately 8.0 Amps at 230V or 12.0 Amps at 115V.
Important Sizing Information: This wet end features an oversized suction port that measures approximately 3 5/8" edge to edge, compared to standard 2" union fittings at 3" edge to edge. Verify your current wet end has the larger suction fitting before purchasing.
To accurately determine horsepower, always reference the amperage rating on your motor label rather than the stated HP. For dual-speed pumps, check both amperage values (example format: 10.0/3.5, where 10.0 is high speed).
