Description
This complete kit includes a 2" Spigot X 2" Slip Slice Gate Valve paired with a 2" Heater Union featuring a matching Gasket or O-ring. The valve design accepts a 2" pipe or fitting on the spigot end while the slip side inserts into a 2" fitting. Assembly involves slipping into the heater union and both gluing and screwing to a 2" Heater Flange fitting. Important: We also stock slice valves with pump unions, so verify your application. If your component connects to the heater with 2" plumbing and 2" Heater Split Nut threads, you've found the correct replacement. This assembly allows water shutoff for servicing your heater or pump without the need to drain your entire hot tub.
