Complete Impeller and Seal Assembly for Aqua-Flo XP2 1.5HP Pumps - Part Number 91694150

This replacement kit is engineered for Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 Frame Wet End systems operating with 1.5HP motors drawing approximately 9.0 Amps at 230V. The impeller features precise specifications: 2 1/8 inch eye width, 5/16 inch vane width, and 4 inch outer diameter.

Motor Frame Identification:

48 Frame pumps measure 3 5/8 inches between motor through-bolts (5 3/16 inches in X pattern) with 1/4 inch bolt heads. 56 Frame pumps measure 4 1/8 inches between bolts (5 3/4 inches in X pattern) with 5/16 inch bolt heads.

Amperage Reference for 1.5HP Motors:

115V motors typically draw 14.0 Amps at high speed, while 230V motors draw approximately 9.0 Amps at high speed operation.

Important Installation Notes:

This bearing features a 17mm center hole. Certain Aqua-Flo pump motors utilize 16mm bearings, so verify your motor specifications before purchasing. Always replace the seal when installing a new impeller for optimal performance. The impeller installs between the pump face and volute housing.

Critical Sizing Warning:

Never install an oversized impeller attempting to increase pump power. Incorrect sizing causes motor overheating, potential damage, and wear ring compatibility issues. Three different wear ring sizes exist across impeller models - verify your existing wear ring dimensions to ensure proper fitment. Matching the correct horsepower rating to your motor's amperage draw is essential for safe operation.
