This 1.5 horsepower impeller is engineered for Aqua-Flo 48 and 56 frame wet end assemblies operating with 1.5HP motors drawing approximately 9.0 amps at 230 volts. The impeller features a 2 1/8 inch eye width, 5/16 inch vane width, and 4 inch outer diameter, designed to install between the face plate and volute housing of Aqua-Flo XP2 and FMXP2 wet ends.

When installing this impeller, we strongly recommend replacing the seal simultaneously. This component requires a PS-200 seal, available separately in our store. Frame Identification Guide: The 48 frame design has motor through-bolts spaced 3 5/8 inches apart (5 3/16 inches in X pattern) with 1/4 inch bolt heads. The 56 frame features 4 1/8 inch spacing (5 3/4 inches in X pattern) with 5/16 inch bolt heads.
Amperage Reference: A 115-volt motor operating with a 1.5HP impeller typically draws approximately 14.0 amps at high speed, while a 230-volt motor draws roughly 9.0 amps.
