Description
This complete 2.5HP replacement kit includes impeller, dual bearings, and seal components for Aqua-Flo wet end assemblies. The impeller features precise measurements: 2 1/8" eye width, 3/8" vane width, and 4 3/8" outer diameter. Designed for Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 frame wet end configurations paired with 2.5HP motors drawing approximately 11.0 amps at high speed on 230V systems.
Compatible with Aqua-Flo XP2 and FMXP2 wet end models, positioning securely between the face plate and volute housing.
Important: For 115V systems using 1HP impellers, expect 11-12.0 amp draw at high speed; 230V systems show approximately 8.0 amps on high. Reference amperage charts for accurate horsepower verification. Installing an oversized impeller will cause motor overheating and potential damage rather than improved performance.
Frame identification: 48 frame models have 3 5/8" thru-bolt spacing (5 3/16" X-pattern) with 1/4" bolt heads. 56 frame models measure 4 1/8" spacing (5 3/4" X-pattern) with 5/16" bolt heads.
This assembly utilizes PS-200 seal kits for proper installation and operation.
