Complete 3.0 Horsepower Impeller and Seal Assembly for Aqua-Flo XP2/FMXP2 Wet Ends
This professional-grade kit features an impeller with precise 2 1/8" eye diameter, 7/16" vane measurement, and 4 3/8" outer diameter. Designed for Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 frame wet end configurations paired with 3.0HP motors operating at approximately 12.0 amps on high speed when running at 230 volts.
The impeller installs between the face plate and volute housing of compatible Aqua-Flo XP2 or FMXP2 wet end assemblies. Part number reference: 91694300
Important Sizing Information: Always match the impeller horsepower to your existing motor specifications. Installing an oversized impeller will cause motor overheating and potential damage. Reference amperage readings to verify correct horsepower: 115V motors with 1HP impellers draw 11-12.0 amps on high speed, while 230V versions draw approximately 8.0 amps on high.
Frame Identification Guide:
- 48 Frame: 3 5/8" bolt spacing (5 3/16" diagonal X pattern) with 1/4" bolt heads
- 56 Frame: 4 1/8" bolt spacing (5 3/4" diagonal X pattern) with 5/16" bolt heads
This assembly utilizes PS-200 seal kits for proper installation and water-tight operation.
