This 3.0 Horsepower Impeller features a 2 1/8 inch Eye diameter, 3/8 inch Vane Width, and 4 3/8 inch Outside Diameter engineered specifically for Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 Frame Wet End assemblies paired with 3.0HP motors drawing approximately 12.0 Amperes at high speed operation.
Compatible with Aqua-Flo XP2 and FMXP2 Wet End configurations, this impeller installs between the Face and Volute components. Professional installers recommend replacing the seal simultaneously with impeller replacement for optimal performance. Important: For 230 Volt motors, expect approximately 12.0 Amp draw on high speed. Reference horsepower chart for other ratings. Installing an oversized impeller will not enhance hot tub performance and may cause motor overheating and damage during high-speed operation.
Frame Identification: 48 Frame wet ends measure 3 5/8 inches between motor through bolts (5 3/16 inches in X pattern) with 1/4 inch bolt heads. 56 Frame wet ends measure 4 1/8 inches between bolts (5 3/4 inches in X pattern) with 5/16 inch bolt heads.
