Description
This replacement impeller is engineered for Aqua-Flo 4.0 horsepower wet end assemblies used with 48 or 56 frame motors operating at approximately 14.0 amperage on high speed at 230 volts. Critical Specifications: 2 1/8 inch eye diameter, 1/2 inch vane width, and 4 1/2 inch outer diameter.
Designed to install between the face plate and volute housing on Aqua-Flo XP2 and FMXP2 wet end configurations. Part number 91644. We strongly recommend installing a new PS-200 seal during impeller replacement for optimal performance and longevity.
Frame Identification Guide: The 48 Frame features 3 5/8" spacing between mounting bolts (5 3/16" measured in X pattern) with 1/4" bolt heads. The 56 Frame measures 4 1/8" between bolts (5 3/4" in X pattern) with 5/16" bolt heads.
Important Warning: Never install an oversized impeller attempting to increase pump performance. Incorrect sizing will cause motor overheating and potential damage during high-speed operation. Always verify your motor's amperage rating using the manufacturer's specification chart to ensure proper horsepower matching.
Note: Motors running at 230V will display approximately 14.0 amps on high speed setting. Consult horsepower reference charts for alternative amp ratings. Please verify all measurements and compatibility before ordering as this precision component is non-returnable.
