Complete 4.0 HP Impeller, Seal and Bearing Replacement Kit for Aqua-Flo XP2/FMXP2 Wet Ends
This comprehensive kit includes everything needed to rebuild your Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 frame wet end. The impeller features precise measurements: 2 1/8 inch eye width, 1/2 inch vane width, and 4 1/2 inch outer diameter. Designed for 4.0 horsepower motors operating at approximately 14.0 amps on high speed at 230 volts.
The impeller installs between the face and volute of Aqua-Flo XP2 or FMXP2 wet end assemblies. Part number 91694200.
CRITICAL BEARING SPECIFICATION: This bearing features a 17mm center hole. Some Aqua-Flo pump motors require 16mm bearings instead. Please measure your existing bearing before ordering, as 16mm bearings are not available in kit form at Global.
Important Sizing Information: Never select a larger impeller expecting increased performance - this will only cause motor overheating and damage. Reference amp draw to verify horsepower: 115V motors with 1 HP impellers draw 11-12.0 amps on high speed; 230V motors draw approximately 8.0 amps on high speed.
Frame Identification: The 48 frame features 3 5/8 inch spacing between motor through-bolts (5 3/16 inch X pattern) with 1/4 inch bolt heads. The 56 frame measures 4 1/8 inch between bolts (5 3/4 inch X pattern) with 5/16 inch bolt heads.
This impeller is compatible with PS-200 seal kits available separately at Global.
