Complete 2HP Impeller Repair Kit for Aqua-Flo XP2 and FMXP2 Wet Ends
This comprehensive kit includes a 2.0 horsepower impeller plus seal and two bearings, designed specifically for Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 frame wet end assemblies. The impeller features precise dimensions: 2 1/8 inch eye width, 1/4 inch vane width, and 4 3/8 inch outer diameter. This component fits securely between the face and volute of your Aqua-Flo XP2 or FMXP2 wet end.
Motor Specifications: A 2.0HP motor typically draws approximately 10.0 amps at high speed on 230V systems, or 16.0 amps at high speed on 115V systems. Reference part number 91694200.
Critical Bearing Specification: These bearings feature a 17mm center hole. Some Aqua-Flo pump motors require 16mm center hole bearings instead. Please measure your existing bearings carefully before ordering, as we do not stock 16mm bearings in kit configuration.
Frame Identification Guide: The 48 frame design has motor through-bolts spaced 3 5/8 inches apart (5 3/16 inches in X pattern) with 1/4 inch bolt heads. The 56 frame features bolts spaced 4 1/8 inches apart (5 3/4 inches in X pattern) with 5/16 inch bolt heads.
Important Amp Draw Reference: A 115V motor using a 1HP impeller draws 11-12.0 amps at high speed; a 230V motor draws approximately 8.0 amps on high. Never install a larger impeller than specified, as this causes motor overheating and damage rather than performance improvement. Always verify horsepower requirements using your motor's amp draw specifications.
