Description
This complete seal and impeller assembly is engineered for Aqua-Flo 2.0HP wet end applications. The impeller features precise specifications: 2 1/8" eye width, 1/4" vane width, and 4 3/8" outer diameter. Designed for compatibility with Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 frame wet ends paired with 2.0HP motors (approximately 10.0 Amps at 230V high speed or 16.0 Amps at 115V high speed).
This component installs between the face and volute of Aqua-Flo XP2 or FMXP2 wet end assemblies. Part number reference: 91694200.
Important Bearing Specification: This kit includes a bearing with a 17mm center hole. Some Aqua-Flo pump motors utilize a 16mm bearing center hole. Please measure your existing bearing before ordering, as 16mm bearings are not available in kit form.
Critical Sizing Information: For 115V motors using 1HP impellers, expect approximately 11-12.0 Amps on high speed; 230V motors will show about 8.0 Amps on high. Consult the amperage chart for other horsepower ratings. Installing an oversized impeller will not improve performance and will cause motor overheating and damage. Always verify HP using the amperage chart.
Frame identification: 48 Frame wet ends measure 3 5/8" between bolts (5 3/16" in X pattern) with 1/4" bolt heads. 56 Frame wet ends measure 4 1/8" between bolts (5 3/4" in X pattern) with 5/16" bolt heads.
This impeller is designed for use with PS-200 seal kits.
