Electrical Specifications: Motors operating at 230V will draw approximately 8.0 Amps on high speed, while 115V motors will draw approximately 12.0 Amps on high speed. These amperage readings help confirm proper horsepower rating for your application.
Installation Details: This impeller mounts between the face plate and volute housing of your Aqua-Flo wet end assembly. We strongly recommend replacing the PS-200 seal simultaneously when installing a new impeller to ensure optimal performance and prevent leaks.
Frame Identification: The 48 frame design features motor through-bolt spacing of 3 5/8 inches (5 3/16 inches measured in an X pattern) with 1/4 inch bolt heads. The 56 frame version has 4 1/8 inch spacing (5 3/4 inches in X pattern) with 5/16 inch bolt heads.
Important Sizing Warning: Always match impeller horsepower to your motor rating. Installing an oversized impeller will not increase pump performance and will cause motor overheating and premature failure. Reference your motor's amperage draw to verify correct horsepower before ordering.
