Description

This is a Full XP2e Wet End Assembly from Aqua-Flo rated at 2.5HP with 2" x 2" plumbing connections (approximately 3" measured across the threaded fittings) featuring side discharge design for 56 frame configurations at 6.3" length. This assembly is engineered for 56 frame pump motors operating at approximately 11.0 Amps on High Speed setting with 230V power systems and is not compatible with 115v motor applications. Compatible with both single speed and dual speed motor configurations. The discharge outlet can be rotated 90 degrees for flexible installation positioning. This complete assembly arrives ready to install with: volute housing, seal assembly, impeller, wear ring, suction cover, suction cover o-ring, drain plug, drain plug o-ring and all necessary suction cover mounting screws.

 

For installations requiring a barb fitting on the wet end face for small hose attachment, consider these barb options with or without sealing compound. We recommend using silicone sealant for these fittings as traditional pipe tape does not provide reliable sealing:

Important: Always select your HP rating based on your motor's Amperage rating using the reference chart below. For reference: 48 frame motors measure approximately 5 1/2" across the motor body and feature 1/4" bolt heads on through-bolts with approximately 5 3/16" spacing between through-bolts in cross pattern configuration while 56 frame motors have different specifications
